The service in Kauai is truly exceptional, and a big part of that is Mary. She always greets us with the warmest, friendliest smile and immediately makes you feel welcome. Mary is wonderful, attentive, and genuinely kind. Her presence alone makes the experience special. To be honest, it wouldn’t be the same coming here if she wasn’t around. She is a real gem and an absolute credit to the team.
