We order online up to 30 minutes before collection, for example today we ordered around 08:05 arrived at the store at 08:20. My order was only ready at 08:28. The standard response is it’s the network that’s bad. This is 8 out of 10 time we need to wait and includes if I order while at the gym 20 minutes before I’m done. Please review this.

I was just told that u charge for honey in espresso or coffee? Not sure if this is right or fair. When was this initiated?

I placed an order on the App to collect at 14:15, when I got there at 14:38 the order was not yet prepared because the App purchase was not reflecting on their side. I had to wait an extra 20 min for the order to be prepared which was not time efficient since I had a meeting to attend.
