I experience poor service at this store, waiting over 20 minutes for a large smoothie. The store did not appear to be busy and I heard staff members talking about how they had run out of ice; none of which was explained to the customers if it were even true. I doubt I will be visiting this store again as I do not expect the waiting times to be this long.

Every one at this store in Canal Walk is very friendly. From the guy cleaning the table, cashier, etc. I am very difficult with my food. Meat must be very well done. My burger was just the way I love it. Thx guys. It was my first time but I will be back.

If you are wondering the Canal Walk mall - or nearby in Century City - recharge at Kauai! Although not in the islands, the food was fresh, the staff on point, and the flavors were quite good!

In my opinion Kauai was neither great nor terrible with regard to service. Last night we met Vincent. He is friendly, polite, incredibly helpful, always clearing tables and such a people person. I have no idea what his position it but he deserves to be made supervisor/manager. Vincent keep it up! You are fantastic and such a role model for the other staff.
