I eat regularly at the various Kauai outlets in Constantia, Steenberg, Tokai and Plumstead. The Barbeque chicken wrap I had at Kauai, Constantia Emporium was one of the tastiest and freshest I've had. The Berry dairy smoothie was also delicious. Thanks Joanne and Ntombi - you're doing a great job!

Good quality food! Friendly fast service. Great to order while finish your shopping.

While the service was impeccable, as a labour law specialist I feel it is unacceptable that you had only one person on service. She was wonderful, but it is unnecessarily cruel to make one person manage the store by themselves and against labour law regulations because she won’t be able to even take lunch. She didn’t complain, I asked where her help was and she indicated that it was only her. So please don’t crucify her for this!

We go there every week. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They remember us by name and also remember our usual orders. The food is always fresh, delicious and consistently good.

Wish they would respond to online orders. Ordered with mew app, only to arrive and expect food to be ready, but both started. Staff on phone when we arrived with two unread order slips awaiting action. Pointless and frustrating that the app is so good, only to be let down by the staff.

Brilliant service and food

The app is great and the subscription package is even better. But this store specifically is really bad at checking if they have online orders. Many times I have arrived at the preferred collection time only to have them in only just realize my order has been sitting in the printer for the last 30min.( And it’s not because they’re busy) My preferred store is constantia village but due to their early hours and revamp, the checkers constantia branch is my best bet at redeeming my daily smoothie. It’s also an awkward store to wait in after you’ve done your shopping

Today I ordered a take away at your store and was disappointed with quality of the wrap. I called the store and they were very polite and apologized for the poor quality of the wrap and offered me a new wrap and free smoothie. I am thanking your store and staff for responding in such a good way.
