I keep meaning to write to you - please can you look into giving us thicker straws. All your fruit smoothies get blocked up with banana etc. it takes me ages to drink a smoothie in Lanseria or Constantia - suck / blocked / blow gently and try again. Useless feedback but thought you should hear it from a Kauai local.

I am not easily impressed but this is by far the best Kauai store out there. I bought the steak and avo wraps, it was juicy, cheesy and the steak was perfectly cooked with great service on top of that. Well done.

This is the second time this has happened to me. 2 flour wraps used for my meal. So now there’s much less filling, the ends are just 3cm of flour tortilla and twice as much wrap. When I query, the staff member says the first wrap broke so they used a second… and “sorry” starting to loose faith Kauai…
