Great customer service every single time I visit the Long Beach branch

Hi there, I want to express a discomfort of some of your stable dishes you offered that not having a free option of swapping traditional milk to oat milk or in general, any dairy with non dairy options. And any non dairy options is an extra cost. Historically, the milk campaign is a false advertisement and we became custom to drinking milk as a way to health, however, science research has shown that it causes more health problems to majority of human race than benefits. With this knowledge, many became aware the effects of dairy and their genetic make up and choose non-dairy consciously. With Kauai position itself as a health conscious eatery. I suggest for an inclusive menu should have a CHOICE for swapping dairy products to alternatives and not at additional cost. Furthermore, everytime I negotiate with this store, staff always talk about me in the kitchen which I have complained about. Do I have to start worrying someone would spit in my food in Kauai now?

I had a magnificent time here, the coffee taste was soothing and the New Honey Chicken Wrap was mouth watering, expertly made, fresh and clean. The composure and smile from the staff was represented care and passion. I am looking forward to coming back for the same experience.

This team is just amazing, best service, good food, good coffee staff are outstanding. Leaving a tip in a tiny box HQ should make big boxes saying we like tips. They deserve good pay.
