The staff were very friendly and ultra helpful. I didn't know the menu and didn't want to read through everything and the lady behind the counter helped me decide on a spicy chicken wrap which was absolutely delicious!

Thank you so much to the young caucasian lady that helped me at the front, you service was very professional and you carried your image of yourself and the store well, i cant understand though why you in the cashier position so much, last time i checked you were the manager and the store was running very well and efficiently when that was the case everything was always quick and orders were ready in a matter of what felt like a minute or two even at the busy lunch times, but lately with what seems to be some new people or management or owner i dont know... it doesnt seem to be the case...so i dont know whats going on but your level of service has still remained the same and i will continue to be a customer as long as you will be there providing the excellent level of service and experience that you always bring to the store

The lady in front by the cashier delivered excellent service, she was very helpfull and attended to my every foodie need, she was friendly and professional and the service was swift and quick, it was a caucasian lady and the way she spoke was very interesting and had my attention all the way, her recommendations were so insightful and she made the experience so much more worthwhile, definitely the 5 star service a person or customer like myself could expect from a employee at Kauai, she definitely deserves a raise in my opinipn because it is very seldom that you come across a person with so much passion for their work like this young lady had, thank you ill definitely come again

Been ordering my food from Kauai Mutual Park over the last 2 months at least once a week to get out of the office a bit as I work about 2 kms away. Always receive friendly service and the food is good, they're never shy with portions either. Keep up the good work!
