Excellent service great WiFi and brilliant service

Really friendly service, great quality and big portions.

The staff are friendly and service is always with a smile. Service sometimes takes a while but I always try to remember that good things take time. Just a side note for Kauai, I’m a little distraught that you took the Moroccan wrap off the menu but forgivable as long as the spicy burrito remains. The mocha protein will always be my go to.

I’m a regular at KAUAI Rondebosch and hadn’t been in a while, but the service was great. My order came out quickly and the team worked really well together. Big shoutout to Tresor for the amazing coffee and great customer service. I really enjoyed it

I ordered the CHIMICHURRI STEAK with Avo (extra) as a takeaway. When I got home, there was no Avo with my wrap. The store had already closed by then

The sour dough bread was scrumptious

The Sotrebis always offline and therefore we cannot order for a delivery. I enquired with the store and they are online but the app on my side states that they are offline. I tried calling customer service to try fix the issue. Rondebosch store is the only store that can deliver to my area the other franchises are too far and only allow pick-up. Please help with fixing the issue.

Order chipotle wraps. I asked in the special request to not put tomatoes in one of them, received my ordered and both wraps had tomatoes in?

Happy that the managers at kauai rondebosh are doing a great job, they were very quick in resolving the issue of my wrap and flu shot. Am so happy and ready to go back to the store with my friend ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
