The staff are friendly and service is always with a smile. Service sometimes takes a while but I always try to remember that good things take time. Just a side note for Kauai, I’m a little distraught that you took the Moroccan wrap off the menu but forgivable as long as the spicy burrito remains. The mocha protein will always be my go to.

I’m a regular at KAUAI Rondebosch and hadn’t been in a while, but the service was great. My order came out quickly and the team worked really well together. Big shoutout to Tresor for the amazing coffee and great customer service. I really enjoyed it

Incredibly friendly staff, good food and swift support. They are open quite late which is great after a late night gyming session. They close most days on 10am and the service is stella even during the late evenings.

Pretty good Kauia. Consistent, pretty quick. I always use a code from FNB and get a princess wrap. It tastes better when it's free

I ordered the CHIMICHURRI STEAK with Avo (extra) as a takeaway. When I got home, there was no Avo with my wrap. The store had already closed by then

The Sotrebis always offline and therefore we cannot order for a delivery. I enquired with the store and they are online but the app on my side states that they are offline. I tried calling customer service to try fix the issue. Rondebosch store is the only store that can deliver to my area the other franchises are too far and only allow pick-up. Please help with fixing the issue.

Order chipotle wraps. I asked in the special request to not put tomatoes in one of them, received my ordered and both wraps had tomatoes in?
