Really great Smoothies and Wraps. We ordered here several times. Bad coffee though

Breakfast is so good, wraps are amazing and great prices. Nice to sit it in, fast when ordering through the app.

I just didnt like the service. I had to ask.for everything that seemed basic. Initially I was able to redeem my discovery vouchers. But the assistant didnt ask for earning points. Also, got my order in batches. I was clearly taking a take away, the coffee cup, had to ask for it to be sealed. Had to ask for the cup holder too, when my wrap arrived, had to politely asked for a bigger carrier as I had my laptop and gym bag. How am I going to carry everything individually. The till point assistant also made it feel like im asking for too much. This had not been the case in other stores. Name: 2751 Phumla was the one who assisted.

Following my complaint regarding your food offering (bread slices) at The Point, one of your staff called me on Monday to apologize. I confirmed that I had the Kauai App and was advised that a replacement breakfast would be provided and that this would be confirmed by email. I have not yet received confirmation. I am a regular at Kauai Sea Point. I've noted that you now serve small slices of sour dough with your scrambled eggs. This is not what I expect from Kauai, having supported the brand and The Point store for more than 5 years. I look forward to a reply

Hemos comido super bien, el roasted falafel está increíble y el butter chicken con quinoa super bueno, y era un plato grande. Además lo acompañamos de un zumo de frutas natural. Repetiremos!

Good food. Good value. Friendly staff. Quick service. Been several times now over several months and it’s always been good. No complaints 👍

Hi! This review is actually about more than jist point store I love Kauai food and always eat with you however have noticed that the service has really declined. You wait 5-10 minutes without being greeted, the system is always offline, you never get asked if you have rewards / benefits to scan / swipe. Then you wait for the food…which takes ages! Just find the staff generally pretty unhappy and unmotivated in all the stores Is this a culture or training issue? Would prompting for tips help?!

I am very impressed with the service and the people that works there are very smart and friendly
