The staff here are so cheerful and helpful even when under pressure. The food is great and the service is swift. The staff seem to care about cuatomer service which is a delight in this day and age. One downside is that its a bit noisy BUT ALL the venues in the V&A are noisy. I wish the designers would install sound absorbing panels from Mtshala Projects (sound engineers). The day that a venue in the V&A does that and offers respite from the constant noise barrage of the V&A I will be a devoted client. Well done to Kauai for brand consistency.

I usually do not leave reviews, but it would be an injustice to not leave one for the v&a store. Fast and friendly service, and I just keep coming back for the Purple Power cup. This store makes the best power cup out of all the stores I visited over the past month. & thanks for always delivering support with the brightest smile.

Davis assisted me had an issue with the code on my fnb app it did not read. he went out of he's way to ensure i leave with my order.

This is the most amazing Kuaui in SA where you truly enjoy smoothie with right proportion and amount of ingredients. Always amazing experience. Friendly staff!
