I’d like to give a big shoutout to the lovely lady who was working both tills around 7pm – she’s truly a gem! I’ve been served by her multiple times, and her friendly, welcoming attitude has never changed. She always goes above and beyond to assist, even when the store is busy or she’s juggling tasks. Her warm smile and genuine effort to make every customer feel valued really stand out. It’s rare to find such consistent, high-quality service, and I believe she deserves recognition for it. Kauai is lucky to have her on the team! Thank you for making every visit a pleasant one – you’re appreciated!

I ordered a peanut bomb large and went to clocks across, 20 minutes my smoothie was still unprepared, and I found that unacceptable, had to wait more time as they started to prepared it while o was back from Clicks. I do not want to be subjected to such service levels respectfully.

The app never seems to work inside this location so I can’t get loyalty points. Kind of pointless having the app then. Will upload my latest order here.

Awesomeness underrated

Yesterday the kitchen wasn't open when I wanted to order. Today I have to stand behind a woman for 15 minutes cos everybody is confused about vouchers on cell phones.

I would like to be able to add a tip on the app for the staff
