Usually have a good experience here. Today I grabbed a spot of breakfast and noticed it took a little longer than expected. Unprompted, a member of staff informed me there was a quality issue with the initial attempt, and they were sorting it out, and offered another coffee while I waited. Getting ahead of a problem, keeping a customer informed, and being apologetic for the delay was outstanding, and the meal was great. Good job, Kauai.

Was running late for a meeting, ordered a smoothie expecting my driver to be about 10 away, he showed up early. Told the staff to give my order away to whoever, manager gave me one on the fly. Much appreciated, lovely people.

The service for me is the best part of this Kauai, aside from the coffee! Staff who genuinely care, are warm, professional and do their best to deliver and learn the particulars of your preferences which is above and beyond. Theo makes the most exceptional cappuccino every time! Wow. Tatiana, Anita, Bonga, Nwabisa and Mike are always smiling, ready to help with the app and tell me what vouchers might be waiting for me or make sure that my coffee gets made the way I like it. Thando also knows our order by heart and Indie is so helpful. Ta Luvos and Davis and Siya are all professional and care - there’s a reason I know the staffs names and it’s because this is where service and our food faves equal each-other. It’s by far our favorite Kauai and we are regulars so we know the difference. The hot honey chicken wrap also for the win here! Appreciate you guys!
