The Barista at KAUAU Virgin Active Waterstone makes absolutely the finest flat white there is to be had! Dark, thick crema, and a delightful, rich coffee beneath it. I've tried many flat whites at many places - this one is my benchmark!

Seven times.! Seven times! I have placed an order seven times and it is not ready when promised because of the IT system at 3 separate restaurants in the area. I buy form you 5 times a week. If you do not fix your IT system to show the order times correctly you will lose me permanently as a customer. What use is an online order if the restaurant does not receive it in time?
