The store assisted me just after 9pm when they were closing up. And the manager walked me up the banking floor to withdraw money as they had to assist me with cash only.

From the point of interaction at the teller, I was greeted with warmth and staff were ready to assist as derived from their body language. The persons taking my order was friendly and served with a smile. They also were product knowledgeable and offered and gave suggestions as well. The coffee was made immediately while we waited for our food and smoothie. The person serving the food served with passion and warmth and brought along condiments as well. The food was presented well and tasted extremely good, it was exactly or more than we expected, our expectations were exceeded. The manager Ayanda was also on the floor and took some time to speak to us. Well done to Gateway Kauai. It was an exceptional experience. 💯to the the staff👏👏👏
