Amazing service from Thandeka and Precious. Super quick meal and smoothie preparation and they were really delicious! The wrap was warm and crispy and the smoothie was icy cold and refreshing. Keep up the great service guys 💫

I really like your C- Breeze and drink it whenever I get to a store, however there is a problem with the King Shaka store. Does not taste as well as some of the other stores around the country

Best tasting Kauai in Durban

My family and I were there on a Sunday , 15 minutes before they closed. We enquired about placing an order so close to their closing time, they said it was fine. We ordered 4 meals and hot beverages and received it so quickly. We were pleasantly surprised.

Every time I go to this store they are offline with their loyalty app. This is very disappointing as I loose out on my rewards. Been there 3 times this month and they keep saying it’s offline. Please sort it out. Thanks

I feel very sorry for the staff at this store. They seem to lack confidence in serving at the till especially when discovery vouchers need to be redeemed. Perhaps more training is needed. All the staff seemed very nervous and flustered and struggled to execute the order with vouchers. In the end my lady gave up exasperated. And said it’s because I should have shown her which vouchers I needed to redeem before she entered the sale. I did tell her I had vouchers at the outset. But she says different vouchers are entered differently etc. I have never experienced this at any other Kauai. I do feel the staff seem insecure about entering orders and the vouchers threw them. Shame I hope they will be given more support so they are less intimidated. The apps and vouchers is a lot. I can imagine
