Terrible experience from your staff , I purchase daily from your store and am not happy about how a situation was handled . After purchasing coffee and whilst waiting for it I was looking at the protein bars and put them back , when coffee was ready I collected it and walked away then your staff member shouts a loud "did you take a protein bar" in front of everyone , never have I felt more humiliated in my life , surely there could have been a better way to find out from me instead of shouting . I have felt very embarrassed and when I approached the staff member as to what the problem was she jus said the manager told her to shout out . I am deeply offended by this n feel like not purchasing in future from Kauai .

I ordered a peanut butter berry on Tuesday which I usually do from the kings park branch and once found these rock hard tiny pieces of nuts I think which are solid & can not even be broken if trying to crush it with the back of a knife. This happened 2 weeks ago as well where I had the same experience. I returned it to the store and showed them the pieces which they said they would investigate. Please advise. Thank you.
