I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a serious food safety issue I experienced at the Kauai branch within your club on 15/01/2026 at approximately 10~something
I ordered oatmeal, but upon receiving it, I discovered that the milk was severely spoiled strawberries not fresh . It had curdled into thick, massive clumps on top of the food.
