I would like to say thank you to Kwanele for constantly giving me great customer service she knows my order when I approach the counter she always states are you having your usual Mr. Raymond I to her yes. I am a retired police officer from the United States, and also a captain in the United States Marine Corps. You don’t find customer service at its best, but I certainly found it in her. Keep up the good work Kwanele it will definitely take you places.

We normally host birthdays for our Spinning members, on the 31st October we were celebrating 🥳 mine, seeing a pleasant surprise from Kauai Stuff with a full Cake 🎂 and singing 🎵 for me Happy Birthday 🥳. I wasn’t expecting that, their excellent service was enough. I appreciate their generosity and always excellent service. Keep up the amazing service

I had an urgent meeting and was rushing so I decided to have my lunch early. I asked Phindi at the Kauai Glenvista if she could warm my food for me. She was very polite and told me that she is not allowed to take food from a customer into the Kauai kitchen and it was against policy. She went the extra mile and asked the virgin active staff if she could use their microwave to warm my food. I was really impressed at the great service and willingness to go the extra mile. I will highly recommend Kauai Glenvista and specifically Phindi. She is doing a great job

Just a shout out to the awesome friendly service we received from Nosi and Phindi. Going to extra mile to make our experience efficient and enjoyable. The new summer menu is soooo good.

The shift that is managed by Elias is fantastic. The other shift really slow and the quality is not so good. I think they are good people but need to be trained more.

I am extremely impressed with the staff consistent customer excellent service they delivering daily in comparison to the Waterfall lifestyle Centre staff. I am more than happy with how they treating their customers and the smile they put on our faces daily. Is not an easy thing to impresses human beings consistently.
