KAUAI Virgin Active Eastgate

I think it’s important to highlight that I am the CGM at Eastgate and I do frequent Kauai in-club to keep me fuelled - but today, my taste buds are dancing 😁 this is by far my favourite wrap (Mexican burrito) and I don’t think I’ll change my choice going forward. It had to be accompanied by a warm and love-filled cappuccino ☕️ thank you Zinhle and Nombuso

Nokukhanya and mpumie yesterday the was a function by the gym..the ladies really did the thing with the food😩❤️ ..keep it up ladies nice work

The cashier Zinhle was very impatient and rude. She is in the wrong job. Throughout our interaction she was complaining to the other old lady on shift that she doesn't like working on weekends. The store didn't have smoothie lids.

Would just like to compliment Zinhle at the Virgin Active Eastgate branch. Provided such excellent service. Real star

Nutritious drinks

It's my first time ordering a meal at Kauai using my FNB voucher. The service I received from a lady named Ntabiseng was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful. I explained to her what I was looking for and she was able to direct me to an option on the menu that met my request. She was absolutely great. The wrap I ordered was also nice. The only negative thing I would say is that you have to wait at the reception of the gym to place and receive your order. It would've been nice to go in and see the store for atmosphere etc. Anyway, overall I'll still get food here again.

Great quality of food and service

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very hectic and stressful day, but my experience at Kauai in the Eastgate Mall Virgin Active health food shop turned it around. The service from the employees was exceptional and made my first visit very pleasant and easy. I want to give a big shout-out to Mpumi, who was exceptionally kind and understanding while dealing with my high level of stress. She truly made my day better. This outstanding level of service deserves all the compliments. Thank you, Mpumi, for doing an outstanding job!
