It's my first time ordering a meal at Kauai using my FNB voucher. The service I received from a lady named Ntabiseng was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful. I explained to her what I was looking for and she was able to direct me to an option on the menu that met my request. She was absolutely great. The wrap I ordered was also nice. The only negative thing I would say is that you have to wait at the reception of the gym to place and receive your order. It would've been nice to go in and see the store for atmosphere etc. Anyway, overall I'll still get food here again.

Great quality of food and service

The service is always slow regardless of the time or day that I come. Very very slow. I get frustrated every time I come here. I stop going to the store then go again when I have a reward with the discovery app which seems to be the only thing that keeps me coming back. It’s an absolute shame because the food is really good but the service is poor

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very hectic and stressful day, but my experience at Kauai in the Eastgate Mall Virgin Active health food shop turned it around. The service from the employees was exceptional and made my first visit very pleasant and easy. I want to give a big shout-out to Mpumi, who was exceptionally kind and understanding while dealing with my high level of stress. She truly made my day better. This outstanding level of service deserves all the compliments. Thank you, Mpumi, for doing an outstanding job!
