The staff are professional friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. This is the best Kauai I’ve been to and has become my branch of choice.

In my view, this is the best Kauai I have been to.

I frequently go to this Kauai, however, I was concerned with the crew looking fatigued, especially the lady who processes orders and serves me with the warmest smile and happiness. She looked unwell, and presumably because of how inconsiderate retail is, she was most probably forced to report for duty, with no care in the world about her health. May I suggest that the management/Franchisor of the Kauai in greenstone take the needs and wellbeing of their employees into account. Ultimately, your people are your best assets, and they matter!
