Very tasty healthy food options at moderate prices, unfortunately long wait times and tired, but friendly staff.

I bought the protein plate today, 6 November 2025 but was a bit disappointed because there was no Caesar dressing as per the menu description.

I have had a very pleasant experience yesterday, being assisted by Athie at the Kauai Virgin Active Paarl store. After my last interaction with this store with one of the other employees, I was convinced that I will not visit this store anymore and redeem my rewards here, due to unprofessional and arrogant service that I received. When I noticed yesterday that Athie was behind the counter, I thought lets give it one more try because I have been assisted by him before, and the encounters with him has always been friendly and pleasant. He was very helpful and friendly because I had a request to order the smoothie 5min before it was time to close and he was willing to assist, as opposed to the previous employee mentioned above, and I told him I just want to do a 5min walk on the treadmill while he was busy. When I was finished with my walk, he waited till I am done to blend the pre-prepped smoothie for me so that it was fresh when he handed it over. I stepped away from the counter while it was blending, and he came to bring it to me. He didnt have to and could've waited till I come to fetch it, but he is such an insightfull and selfless gentleman, making the most delicious smoothies, whenever he is the one making it. I believe that some of his fellow employees can really learn alot from him and I hope he reaches the heights that he is aiming towards. Thank you Athie!!

The smoothie was very delicious and perfect. Best smoothie i have ever had. Tasted like milkshake just healthy. Athi made it.

I just ordered a wrap and smoothie from here. I've done it many times before but have not left a rating. Today the wrap was exceptionally delicious. Thanks! Will order again.

The staff are extremely friendly. Always greet with a smile and are very helpful. The service is quick and always good.
