I ordered a Peanut Butter Bliss and a Beef and Avo Quaesidilla (wrap). I was told that it would take 10 minutes. I got the smoothie, which was fine. After 20 minutes plus, still no wrap. I went to the counter to enquire. It hadn't been made, and no-one was aware that it hadn't been made. Poor management. I was in a bit of a rush, so I just asked for my money back and left. :-( Regarding atmosphere, the place is too cold (too much aircon) 15/10/25 I went again today. The lady who took my order recognized me from before and apologized again. Much better service this time. Got my meal super quick. Smoothie and wrap were good. Felt a bit warmer too. Changed my review to five stars. Thank you.

Delicious food, , but onky if you are looking into eating healthy

Firstly; Kauai has outdone themselves with this Harvest Chicken Winter Warm Bowl! It is my absolute favourite thing to eat on these freezing winter days! Delicious every single time. The service here is also excellent. I usually make a call to put in my order & drive 8min there just for it to immediately ready for collection! Didn’t take the name of the lady who answered the phone or the one who cooked & handed me my meal, but their service is fast & efficient! Would highly recommend this Kauai as well as the Harvest Bowl!

I visit this Kauai about once a month. The service is always great, staff are friendly and helpful. Food and smoothies are good too!

Good food, good coffee. Service is good with the odd exception, depending on who is on duty. Overall pleasant and tasty.

in my opinion, this the best Kauai in the country. the service is great and the food is phenomenal and so fresh and tasty. i find i don’t enjoy my meals or smoothies as much as i do when i get it from the Kauai at Parktown Quarter.

What a lovely experience I had with Nkosi. He was friendly, helpful, and explained downloading the app to me. I have been to the store a few times and it's always clean. The food was great, but that goes without saying with Kauai!
