This Kauai Definitely has the best smoothies of all the other Kauai's in South Africa.... it's so thick and always yummy! Thank you it makes my day!!

Subject: Unsatisfactory Experience at Kauai Potchefstroom Virgin Active Gym Branch Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Kauai Potchefstroom branch located within the gym premises. On 3rd of November 2024, I attempted to place an order at 18:20, only to discover that the store had already closed. Despite my request to still place an order, the staff informed me that they had been instructed to cash up earlier to leave promptly when the gym closed. Unfortunately, I was not the only customer who wished to purchase dinner, and we were all turned away. Regrettably, this was not my first unfavorable experience at this location. Previously, I had requested to order before my gym session and collect my meal afterward due to time constraints. However, this request was also unsuccessful. I find it concerning that customers are being turned away during operating hours, and reasonable requests are not being accommodated. As a paying gym member and potential customer, I expect a more considerate and customer-centric approach. Very nice and healthy food. Great service

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I had a voucher for a discount and the cashier helped me figure out how to use it and was very friendly and helpful overall. The food was delicious and fulling, however i expected more food for the price. I will however be returning even if it is a bit on the pricier range, because of the good service and taste.

The staff are very friendly and work well together. Love the early morning as they are well organised in the morning even when it’s the start of the day. Owner is always friendly and happy to help.

I won a smoothie via Vodacom it was watery compared to the one i collected previously it was not smooth, was very disappointed

I love the pretty salads, and the delicious smoothies. And the services is so fast and friendly.
