Good food, good customer service, and a pleasant stopover that is good for one's health. Love the cheerfulness of the Kauai Castle Gate, Erasmuskloof branch. Our favourite, the Princess Wrap, was generously filled with pieces of chicken and wholesome veggies. Interior floor space and dining area is a wee bit tight. Luckily, the outdoor dining area is great, with a lovely view towards the kiddies' play area. Like most of the shopping space, especially in the food court in Castle Gate, comfortable access for other-abled persons is provided.

Your phone not working and I could not order ahead. Then when I got my wrap the meat was cold as if the meat was now rushed. And then I had to wait again.

We went to collect the free voucher drinks u get with Vodacom they helped us fast but Vodacom needs to improve their vouchers because one didn’t work and the staff was apologetic but it’s not their fault it’s Vodacom so please Vodacom fix your vouchers so that the staff at Kauai can be able to help customers
