I had a fantastic experience at Kauai inside Virgin Active Faerie Glen thanks to the wonderful Nthabiseng. She served me with a big smile and such professionalism. When I accidentally dropped my smoothie, she immediately put me at ease and made a new one without any fuss. That level of customer service really deserves recognition. Thanks, Nthabiseng, for turning my day around!

Service is really poor, only 2 staff during busy periods, which causes significant delays in ordering and receiving orders. Very frustrating

You place your order at the counter, and don't get bothered constantly by waiters - so we come here often to catch up on some property admin while enjoying a smoothie, chai latte or a health breakfast. The Peanutbutter bliss smoothie or the breakfast bowl are definately on my favourite lists. Remember to bring noise cancelling audio equipment if you're planning on a zoom call, as the gym itself could get quite noisy.

Im always happy with my food and the staff is kind to bring it to me outside where I wait with my dog. One time when Uber messed up delivering half a cappuccino, I had one on the house and I found the staff wanted to make sure I was content when I came by again 🌟

I reccomend any Kauai based on their food and products. But the Kauai at Faerie Glen VA can really for on their staff additude. When you order from them it seems like you have just ruined their whole day word and facial expressions show you that they dont really want to be there.... this could be 6am in the morning 11 am on a saturday or 6pm week evenings. really frustrating that it feels like im bothering somebody to place my order

Even though it's inside the Virgin Active building you can still order online and get your order delivered to you.. Safety is also the number one priority because of the covid 19
