We ordered the teriyaki chicken poke bowl and when we got home to open it thre was no chicken. I tried calling but no answer.

I visit this Kauai very often as Kauai is my favorite food store. I especially love the smoothies. However for some reason this branch at Cedar Square always shows as offline to order ahead or for delivery on the app. So I thought I would raise this. It never seems to be online.
