I love the service and the food at this branch. However, a fitness trainer recently sweared and mistreated one of the staff at Kauai. Seeing that was disturbing and upsetting considering the current situation we are dealing with in South Africa right now. Shouting, swearing and pointing at the staff is not justifiable even though your order was late. The lady was already apologising but the fitness trainer continued to swear at her. Witnessing this made me pull bag from being a member of the gym. He should be punished or be taught a lesson somehow, he was really rude.

Generous and fresh portions - Benmore is closer to me but VA is miles better! Keep up the quality!

The staff are very friendly, and it’s great to grab a quick snack but it lacks the vibe of the Virgin Active based Kauai’s I have frequented

I previously left a review with a complaint that my order was incorrect twice. Since I spoke with the kind folks at the store, I have had stellar service. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that the mistake doesn’t happen with me or others. I’m also very thankful for the hospitality and the smiling faces that always greets me and others. 5 star service with 6 star people.

Second time I was given the wrong fillings in my wrap. Ordered an Avo Falafel wrap, the filling is that of a “Harvest wrap” with falafel.
