My favourite spot at the gym, has suitable healthy but tasty meals for pre and post workout. The Ultimate Toast is my favourite( rye bread with scrambled egg, avocado and crispy onion on top with siracha sauce. Its a great recovery meal. Their protein pot is also a great post workout meal. The smoothies? C-Breeze will always be my fav🥰. The Floo fighter always helps me fight off the flu after workouts. The atmosphere is very lively but also suitable for doing some work. The service is good, with little waiting time, very affordable food and drinks too. Forever my go to spot👌🏻.

Always a good experience with tasty wraps and smoothies, just what you've come to expect from Kauai. The healthiest option in the area, by far.

Morning, I pleased about your service as a whole.

The attitude of the staff. They are not friendly. Maybe friendly to some people. I have tried number of times to be warm and friendly but it wasn't reciprocated. So I just put it down them being busy . But I contuined to be warm and friendly thinking it would eventually change their attitude. This morning was true height of rudeness. I ordered Tea as a sit-down customer. They brought me a take way order. It was not a problem. I just said " sorry it was a sit down order but doesn't matter I will have it. The lady just turned her face and stormed out with the takeaway tea in her hand even though I said it's fine . She comes back with a tea cup ( I was still warm ) I said thank you . The lady didn't respond or acknowledge my appreciation. To me that is very sad . I observed her with other people and it was the same attitude ...their are one or two people they would be friendly but majority of the times they are not. One cannot have that attitude in the service industry. Please train the staff to be warm, friendly and have an helpful attitude, in spite of the busyness. I really don't feel good to support your establishment.

Which most days is perfectly great. If you know what you want and are looking for good wholesome healthy food. This place doesn't disspoint

food is always fresh and well prepared with excellent customer service and attention to detail. Always my favorite Kauai to visit :)
