I ordered online at 15:28 and when I get to store at 15:47 I'm told they only just received my order and that I'm not the only customer with the same problem, online orders takes a while to register sometimes up to an hour...i order online almost all the time and it's my first time experiencing this at Sunward Park. Please fix it. Thank you

We order online up to 30 minutes before collection, for example today we ordered around 08:05 arrived at the store at 08:20. My order was only ready at 08:28. The standard response is it’s the network that’s bad. This is 8 out of 10 time we need to wait and includes if I order while at the gym 20 minutes before I’m done.
