By far the best service in Cape Town. Service is consistent and excellent. I’m often served by trainees and whoever is doing the training in this store is an excellent example of great customer service. The staff are always friendly and courteous and the food consistently good.

This Kauai is, without any doubt, the best I have ever been to. It truly feels like a flagship store for the brand. The shop layout is excellent—it is always clean, well-organized, and looks pristine no matter what time of day you visit. The food and drinks are of the highest standard. To be honest, I didn't know Kauai was actually capable of reaching this level of quality! However, the thing that really sets them apart is the staff. The team here is absolutely on point: professional, friendly, and they operate with a level of efficiency I have never experienced before. They are the heart of this location. Keep up the amazing work, and please sustain what you have built here. This is the standard!
