I have at least 2 smoothies per week at Kauai and today Ntswaki at Kauai n1 city virgin active made it extra delicious so shout out to her for her passion and love she puts into serving and delivering top quality products! :)

N1 city branch staff and service are excellent but please train your staff on making smoothies. I buy a smoothie 2-3 times a week and it’s watery and does not taste have the required consistency and taste of what other branches are serving. The staff are very offended if I ask them to make it less watery.

Usually they put a sticker over the opening on the cup to prevent spills. This wasn't done so coffee spilled. Drivers are always awesome
