I have had the greatest experience at this branch. It's by far the best in Gauteng, if not the best in KZN and Gauteng. I've always felt the ingredients to be so fresh and tastier than others. Today I was server by Rejoyce who is an absolute champion. Her infectious smile and positive attitude has made my experience so much better.
This branch is not the closest to us but my Wife and I would rather travel for such great quality in customer service and food! Keep it up!

REJOYCE at the Mall of Africa branch provides great surface. She is the only cashier/tell operator I have came across that reminds me of the kauai app and if I'd like earn loyalty points. I tend to forget at other stores cause I am not reminded or I forget myself. Otherwise Rejoice is great and appreciated!!

The Kauai at Mall of Africa stands out far above all other Kauai’s we have been to. Anytime we have an issue with the app (which is often), the manager takes personal commitment to follow and resolve the matter. She is very professional and goes out of her way to make sure we leave with a positive experience. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you
