I have been a loyal customer of Kauia, especially Carlswald for many years. I have never had any issues until yesterday 20/03/2026. The service was so poor and disappointing. Only 2 people working, and this impacted the service delivery. The queue was too long for our liking, and the staff on the day were so overwhelmed. This has never happened. Please do something because with the new additions of the different smoothies, people love your products.
