Please advise.
I went to the store to purchase 2 wraps which were the chicken quesadilla and the Avo falafel and to redeem a free smoothie on my app and my sister redeemed hers on her app. I just realised now when checking my account that I was charged R279.99 for the whole purchase meaning that I also paid for the free smoothies. I unfortunately do not have the slips as I threw them away. Unfortunately this does not say it’s from Kauai but if you check slips from the shop it should provide more support to my email.

Mbali Mngomezulu at Kauai Carlswald is great! She always has a smile and my wraps are always made as I like them, with my dietary needs catered for. I am gluten intolerant and don’t eat tomato. After ordering with Mbali a couple of times, she’s always gotten my order even before I can say it.
This Kauai is my favourite; thanks to Mbali and her customer care and her yummy wraps.
