I visited Kimberley for a job and needed halaal food. The guy behind the counter tonight when I asked about halaal status tells me it's not his problem ' my people' (Muslims) are too stingy to pay for certifications and refuse to Assist in confirming my doubts about halaal status of the chicken wrap. He was very rude and arrogant!! The certificate was turned around on the wall, assumingly out of date. Gosh!

I love ordering from Kauai Oliver Road. I always order on the app being constantly on the go. For the last 6 orders, the order was never made when I enter the store to collect it. I always “over estimate” my arrival to be sure it will be available. Sometimes waiting 30minutes for an order that was scheduled 45min ago? The last sandwiches we ordered, the topping was everywhere but on the sandwich. In doubt I’ll be ordering again. No point of a scheduled pick up if it is never on time.

Top quality ingredients. Normal Burger is amazing! Friendly staff. Even with Steers (my old favourite burger spot) right next door, I'd still choose Kauai hands down.
