The staff and service were fantastic, but the experience was unpleasant as the store was too hot. The heat was unbearable and I almost went to another restaurant. Please fix this. It is also inhumane to let people work in such an environment.

Yesterday I saw a smoothie when I opened the app and the message that I got a free smoothie. I showed the teller and took a screenshot. I went on into the app to scan for points as I had bought cappuccino so I caould pay. However when I checked the voucher, my free smoothie voucher wasn't there. They couldn't assist me with my voucher they just told me screenshot is not accepted. I am a loyal KAUAI customer and it was such an exciting experience to get a reward. And now if I didn't take the screenshot, they saw the voucher and the screenshot. It would really be great that I get my voucher. Thank you
