The staff and manager are so friendly and helpfull!! The meals they prep are on point and worth while, they actually read their orders and deliver excellent food and service, I was stressed cause for a while i did not see them on Uber as an option, and i did NOT want to order from the one at Irene link, as I ordered from them twice and what a disappointment. But CASTLE GATE!! Excellent, keep doing what you doing guys and I will always support you. ♥️🙏

Food was exceptionally lovely! I had the Crispy Chicken Wrap and Tha Box Bok Smoothie. Both were absolutely lovely. That smoothie was só surprisingly refreshing and the Wrap 🌯, well definitely one of the best I had in a long time. Service was Great and Staff really nice too. Definitely a place that's worth a visit. Very Highly recommended!

Edit: The team contacted me, apologised, and offered to correct the mistake, I've updated my review :) - Ordered 2x Avo & Falafel wraps. My girlfriend is vegan, I don't have any dietary restrictions. We received 2x Chicken Caesar wraps instead. Really disappointing mistake considering Kauai is meant to accommodate these kinds of things.

I was very disappointed that loyalty points were not allocated for my purchase due to your system being down. From a software development perspective, it seems like a serious flaw that the system cannot process and award points later

Your phone not working and I could not order ahead. Then when I got my wrap the meat was cold as if the meat was now rushed. And then I had to wait again.

It is so blissful to drop in and have a sit down at Kauai Castle Gate. Service is outstanding and the staff is always friendly and lively. Stopping at Kauai is one of the highlights of the weeks travels.

We went to collect the free voucher drinks u get with Vodacom they helped us fast but Vodacom needs to improve their vouchers because one didn’t work and the staff was apologetic but it’s not their fault it’s Vodacom so please Vodacom fix your vouchers so that the staff at Kauai can be able to help customers

What a fantastic and professional team! Had problems with my Discovery voucher, sorted it out, with such informative interaction instead and bringing my breakfast instead of keeping me waiting. Keep up the 5 star service!
