I love your products but am dissappinted in one of your policies relating to using your partner benefits. I was recently told im nonlinear allowed to scan my app to gain points when I use a partner benefit, ie fnb or vodacom wicodes. Im told I can't cant point in free products. But its technically not free because I have to spend money with them in order to earn those items. Other partners like Starbucks allows you to scan your app even though you are using the fnb benefits so I do see why you guys dont allow us. It's a trivial matter but I think its a bad company policy and yourl should change it. Gaining point on the app is based on use and how I get the benefit should be of no consequence as long im im making a purchase in your store.

I was assisted by a very phenomenal lady, Theto. What stood up for me was how warm she was, we barely had such here with previous consultants. She even educated me about the Kauai rewards. She’s an asset to the company, I will always come here to get my wraps and smoothies just to see and experience that warmed and stellar service.

Good day Im writing with regards to Kuaia checkers at woodlands. Thank you so much, all the greens smoothie was perfect...it was nice, and all the flavours were there.. The lady who was serving us she is super friendly. The store is understaffed and it was so painful to see her running around trying to prepare the food and at the teller at the same time. She served with a smile regardless.. Please guys, consider getting additional staff..pleaese, she needs a helper. Otherwise, all is well.
