I am dissapointed with the assembly of my Steak and Avo Quesadilla. I frequent this store and never have any issue. Ingredients were not properly distributed and wrap not toasted properly for the cheese to melt. All the meat was in the bottom, cheese in one spot and majority of wrap was tomato and avo. Think distribution was main issue and not toasted long enough. I am a fan of this shop, and this is the only time it happened, could be something small to just take note off. Staff at thos store is great, super quick and friendly and I look forward to using this store again.

I wrote a review about my last purchase at Kauai, where I had an unsatisfactory smoothie. I was contacted, and the ingredients used in my smoothie were thoroughly explained. I spoke with the manager, who provided a clear explanation and offered me a free smoothie. I appreciate them taking the time to address my concerns and respond so thoughtfully.

Please get rid of walk in hobbos who are asking for money, it's very irritating nd unhealthy. It happened on 2 occasions.
