The staff at Groenkloof Virgin Active Kauai look like they don’t want to be there - it’s off putting. When you look at them it’s an immediate reaction that you don’t want to buy anything. Surely when customer facing they should at least smile or act like they want to be there. I bought the Teriyaki poke bowl and they did not add the sauce - didn’t even go back because honestly their lack of enthusiasm will spoil your day. 01-04-2026 @ 7pm

The food quality is inconsistent but when you get the right shift to make the food it is really good. Sfiso always makes a great smoothie and coffee. Some of the staff can be quite rude or have a bad attitude sometimes.

Its an extremely busy Kauai, there is at instances that one lady is trying to take orders and help with smoothies.
Its understandable that sometimes the standard will be lower due to volumes. However I do love their food and smoothies
