I placed an online order for collection, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly my order was prepared and ready on time. The service was efficient, well organised, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout the process. I ordered a Peanut Butter Bliss and a Beef and Avo Quaesidilla (wrap).
I was told that it would take 10 minutes.
I got the smoothie, which was fine.
After 20 minutes plus, still no wrap.
I went to the counter to enquire.
It hadn't been made, and no-one was aware that it hadn't been made.
Poor management.
I was in a bit of a rush, so I just asked for my money back and left.

Regarding atmosphere, the place is too cold (too much aircon)
15/10/25 I went again today. The lady who took my order recognized me from before and apologized again. Much better service this time. Got my meal super quick. Smoothie and wrap were good. Felt a bit warmer too. Changed my review to five stars. Thank you.

in my opinion, this the best Kauai in the country. the service is great and the food is phenomenal and so fresh and tasty. i find i don’t enjoy my meals or smoothies as much as i do when i get it from the Kauai at Parktown Quarter.

What a lovely experience I had with Nkosi. He was friendly, helpful, and explained downloading the app to me. I have been to the store a few times and it's always clean. The food was great, but that goes without saying with Kauai!
