There was only 1 staff at peak, taking orders and preparing them. The delay was ridiculous. She really tried to push the queue

Every time we go to Kauai Northgate, we are always served by a young lady by the name of Nonhlanhla who truly standout for us when it comes to customer service. She always welcome us with a smile and confidence, and she is definitely an asset to the company. She clearly understands the assignment of customer service. Even when it hectic ,she is able to have a friendly conversation and still give positive, accurate answers. She handled everything with boldness and professionalism. She knows the menu very well, always recommends the best dishes, and she can easily convince you to try the full meal dishes because of her knowledge and confidence. Kauai, you have made me feel like if I don’t go to the gym at Northgate, I’m really missing out. Whenever I feel stressed and think of not going to gym in the afternoon, I remember Nonhlanhla’s smile and her saying, “Please smile.” That alone motivates me and makes me believe I will do better tomorrow. Excellent service and an unforgettable experience. Thank you keep up the good work young lady.
