KAUAI The Wedge

Thank you to Onikwa who has been the first person I have ever encountered at Kauai who served with a smile, who was helpful and so friendly! You have changed my perspective on kauais staffs usual lack of service!

Although I have not yet eaten in-store at this branch, we order from Kauai The Wedge regularly via Mr D, and our experience has been consistently excellent. Every order has been accurate, well packaged, and the food is always fresh and delicious. I really appreciate that Kauai keeps the menu interesting by updating it regularly. There is genuinely something for everyone, whether you are eating light or looking for a more filling option. Our personal favourites are the spicy chicken salad and the wraps, but the burgers are also great and feel noticeably healthier than many other alternatives. Portion sizes are generous, and the smoothies are always tasty and well balanced. We support this branch often and have come to rely on the quality and consistency of their food through delivery. Hopefully one day I will visit in person, and the in-store experience will reflect the same care and standard that we have come to enjoy through our online orders.

People leave reviews for two reasons, they are either very unhappy or happy. Today it is because the store and staff were great. From the person serving us at the till to the quality of the preparation, it was all excellent. I go to many of your stores,but this has been hands down the best. Well done.

“Standards have been falling recently. You have to say your order or request several times. Waiting times are long... “ That was my previous experience about 6 months ago. Since then, there has been a massive improvement: food items and meals are prepared more in line with the menu and are tasty, service levels are more prompt , responsive and friendly and there is a more relaxed vibe in the seating area. I regularly frequent this place and highly recommend you give it a try.

Ever since the branch at the Wedge opened up we are so thrilled with the quality and speed (when ordering via Uber eats). The branch closest to us is the Va Morningside but honestly you guys are so much better and we always choose to go the extra mile to go to the wedge branch specifically. Keep up the good work!
