KAUAI Virgin Active Lonehill

If I need to try something new I always ask the manager Mulalo. He always recommends what I should try. Always good and the service from him is great.

I am a regular visitor to this Kauai branch which is now open to the public. The staff have received good training. It has good WiFi and I use it after my infrequent visits to the gym. Now that it's open to all we are frequent visitors. The staff are always open to small changes in the food to suit personal tastes. The coffee is good.

The manager at Lonehill is fantastic. He knows our regular orders, and is quick to get our orders ready, with a smile. So refreshing to have such good customer service. Please pass on my thanks to him for making us feel special! We appreciate it after our gym classes😁🙏🏻

The manager went out of his way to deliver one of the items that were missing from my order. It was delivered in a timely manner. The smoothie was pretty good too.

A great spot to grab a quick smoothie

The smoothies are quick and they taste like all the other kauai's so you'll get what you expect. Staff are friendly and competent as well, so I'm not sure why their rating is so low. Perhaps from an earlier time but clearly the issues have been rectified as I've had over 10 smoothies from them without any complaint.

Hi please could you train the ladies on espresso coffee the coffee is always burnt and bitter.
