Hi there. I’m a coffee snob and I uber have Kauai coffee as Iv only but had really bad experiences with the way it’s made and tastes. I hang haven’t Kauai coffee in ober a year now. This morning I tried it and it was made by Thandeka, who was amazing when she served it, to my surprise, the coffee she made was unbelievably amazing, from taste, to presentation and how it was made. I ordered the avo falafel salad during my visit, and I must express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the dish. Upon inspection, I noticed an excess of water in both the salad and the separately provided sriracha dressing. Regrettably, the aftermath of this meal resulted in a severe gastrointestinal upset, characterized by multiple episodes of diarrhea and pronounced fatigue. As a regular patron of your establishment, I have never encountered such issues with your meals before. Therefore, I urge your management to thoroughly investigate the hygiene practices in the kitchen and address any shortcomings that may have led to this unfortunate incident. I believe that swift corrective measures will ensure that such occurrences do not happen in the future. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that you will take the necessary steps to uphold the high standards I have come to expect from Kauai
