Why is it like every time I go to the Westville Mall store I feel like I'm inconveniencing them in general and why is it that I'm really inconveniencing them when I ask for certain ingredients like peanuts or onions to be excluded? They're just not as friendly and helpful and accommodating as they used to be.They don't understand how dangerous peanuts can be. And they get offended when I'm check the order because they have left requested , excluded ingredients in too many times, luckily never the peanuts

Takeaway service, for 1 Cortado is very slow. 8 minutes wait is too long- I understand if making meal, smoothie etc but when it’s not even busy, it’s just too long.

You have the happiest staff!!!! One thing I would LOVE for you to try out. During the week; a lot of people leave the gym at 6, so we miss out on our Kauai fix during the week cause it’s still closed. Please try opening half an hour earlier!!!!
